Rizlingli is a light white wine made from the grape variety Rizlingszilváni, also known as Müller-Thurgau, on the upper side of lake Balaton.

The wine itself:
„Rizlingli” is a result of a pun that refers to the pleasing, graceful style of this wine. Yellowish, almost greenish colour, elderberry can be discovered in scent, slightly almond flavoured in taste.


Pairing with food:
Recommended for salads, fish and white meated poultry dishes, vegetable cream soups and for fresh goat cheese as an accompaniment.
The ideal consumption temperature is 10-12 Celsius.

Bor'Dame

Olaszrizling (Welschriesling)

Bor'Dame is an elegant white wine made from the grape variety Olaszrizling, also known as Welschriesling, on the upper side of lake Balaton.

The wine itself:

,,Bor’Dame” – which means entrecote in Hungarian, relates to the fact that is the wife’s favourite wine.  Pale yellow colour turning into silver, grape flower on the nose, but also honey and linden. Smooth delicate perfume. Elegantly fresh and pure.


Pairing with food:
Recommended for poultry dishes as an accompaniment.

The ideal consumption temperature is 10-12 Celsius.

Chardonnay

Örökség is an elegant white wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay on the upper side of lake Balaton.

The wine itself:
,,Örökség" means heritage in Hungarian which relates to the fact that the wine is made from the grapes of the children inherited by their grandparents. Yellow colour turning into gold, buttery taste.

Pairing with food:

Recommended for poultry dishes as an accompaniment.

The ideal consumption temperature is 10-12 Celsius.

Ro'Zolé

Portugieser, Cabernet franc and Cabernet sauvignon

Ro'Zolé is a concentrated rosé wine aged in barrel and made from a blend of the grapes Portugieser, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon on the upper side of lake Balaton.

The wine itself:
„Ro’Zolé” name refers to its creator as well.

As the Hungarian writer/philosopher, Béla Hamvas wrote: „In every bottle of wine lives a tiny angel”. This is a unique ,,autumn" rosé wine. Strong colour resembling to autumn leaves, moderate fruit notes in taste.

Pairing with food:

Recommended for fish dishes and particularly dishes containing duck meat as an accompaniment.

The ideal consumption temperature is 10-12 Celsius.

Zsófia Cuvée

Cabernet franc, Cabernet sauvignon and Portugieser blend

Zsófia cuvée is a concentrated red wine made from the blend of the grapes Portugieser, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon on the upper side of lake Balaton.

The wine itself:

Being a family owned winery, one or more of our wines are tied to one of each family member.

Our daughter Zsófia is not only the person giving the wine a name but also the creator of the label since ,,smiley flowers” can be found on each bottle. These drawings indicate that this wine gives everyone amicable vibes and encourages meaningful conversations.

Soft, harmonious red wine with ripe red berries in colour including the dried plum and chocolate notes in scent which are typical of the Cabernet varieties.


Pairing with food:
Recommended particularly for game dishes, but also a good accompaniment for a friendly gettogether. The ideal conspumtion temperature is 18 Celsius.

ZsomBor is a concentrated red wine made from a blend of the grapes Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon on the upper side of lake Balaton.

The wine itself:

Being a family owned winery, one or more of our wines are tied to one of each family member. Our son „ZsomBor” is not only the person giving the wine a name but also the character of this wine.
Full-bodied, harmonious red wine with ripe red berries in colour including the dried plum and chocolate notes in scent which are typical of the Cabernet varieties. It radiates tranquility and peacefulness. Spices, dried frute notes can be discovered in taste. Dynamic, but not at all acidic.

Pairing with food:
Recommended for game dishes, but also excellent with chocolate based desserts. The ideal conspumtion temperature is 18 Celsius.
